We charge $175 per tested backflow. This includes the city of San Francisco tag tax and electronic filing of your test results.
If you have more than one device that needs testing, subsequent tests are $125 each.
You can determine the number of tests required from the SFPUC notice or call 650-652-3199. You can also email backflow@sfwater.org. If you do not have the paper notice you will also need the PIC# which is unique to your account and physical address. The PIC# is how we enter the test results via the SFPUC web portal.
